At Petra Contracting, we want to make your construction project as smooth and efficient as possible. That is why our friendly team members work hard to provide honest, clean, and quality work you can count on. Whether you need help building a new deck, replacing the siding on your home, or installing a new driveway, we will work closely with you every step of the way to make sure your project is completed to meet even the highest industry standards.
If you love your current home but the space no longer functions well for you and your family, we can help you transform the space into the home of your dreams. Our talented team is experienced in working on all kinds of home renovation and remodelling projects, including building decks, landscaping, and full house renovations. There is no job too big or too small for our team to handle.
When your house no longer fits the way your family lives, a complete home renovation lets us rebuild the space from the inside out rather than patching things one room at a time. We handle everything from opening up tired floor plans to upgrading outdated electrical and plumbing, so every part of your home works together instead of feeling like it was pieced together over the years.
The kitchen tends to be the heart of the home, which is why so many of our clients start there. Our kitchen renovation work utilizes the expertise of our Red Seal certified cabinet maker, so you get custom cabinetry and a layout built around how your family actually cooks, eats, and gathers.
A bathroom that hasn’t been touched in twenty years can drag down an otherwise beautiful home. Through our bathroom renovation services, we update everything from tired tile and vanities to full plumbing and waterproofing, giving you a space that feels fresh and holds up to daily use for years to come.
An unfinished or outdated basement is often the easiest place to find extra living space without adding onto your home. We take on basement renovations of every scope, whether you’re after a simple family room, a legal secondary suite, or a fully finished lower level with bedrooms and a bathroom.
Sometimes the right move isn’t moving at all. Our home addition projects give growing families the room they need, whether that’s a new primary suite, an extra bedroom, or a second storey, all designed to match your existing home so it looks like it was always part of the original build.
If you are looking to improve your commercial space to make it more appealing to potential renters, we have you covered. Our dedicated team can handle all of your tenant improvement requirements, from simple makeovers to full commercial renovations. No matter what vision you have for the space, we can bring it to life.
We are the one-stop shop for all your general contracting needs. Our friendly and professional team members will manage your entire project, overseeing everything from start to finish. We will even take care of the project drawings and coordinating tradespeople from when the project starts being built all the way through completion.
A well-built deck extends your living space right into the backyard and gives you somewhere to enjoy those long Lower Mainland summers. Our deck building team designs and constructs decks suited to how you actually plan to use the space, from quiet morning coffee spots to full outdoor entertaining areas.
Your driveway significantly affects your home’s function and curb appeal. Over time, cracks, sinking, and surface wear can affect both appearance and functionality. A professional driveway replacement improves appearance while ensuring a smooth and reliable surface for everyday use.
Old, drafty windows drive up energy bills and take away from your home’s curb appeal. Our window replacement services swap out worn frames and glass for efficient, well-sealed windows that keep your home comfortable through every BC season while giving the exterior a refreshed look.
Worn or damaged siding does more than look tired. It can let moisture behind the walls and lead to bigger problems down the road, which matters a lot given how much rain the Lower Mainland sees. Our siding replacement work protects your home from the elements while giving you a wide range of materials and colours to update its exterior look.
